Baking day!! A coach trip to Otmice to the primary school to make a traditional cake.Weighed and measured carefully by the folk artist who was dressed in traditional clothes . This folk artist then by telling and demonstating different skills passes on bygone Polish traditions that then will not be lost.
Some the girls from the school entertained us by dancing a Polish folk dance.The school museum was very informative and intersting all equiped from local people , former pupils family friends, very important for future generations to learn of their roots.
Travelling on to Kamien Slaski for lunch and a visit to the chateau.
After an eventful journey to Renata's house some Polish dumplings were made.
